This is a follow-up article to the one about Server-Side event tracking here.

If you see a low number in the Event Match Quality column, please follow these steps to drill deeper and get more information you can share with our support team:

1./ Click the "View Details" button.

Before doing this, please make sure that you have a recent date range selected, especially if you have just recently installed Trackify. Usually, a two to three-day range will work well.

2. Click Server Event Matching in the menu on the left

On any level of Event Match Quality score, you may see suggestions at the right side on how to improve the score further. Please check the details of these suggestions and share them with our team, or with your developer.
