Overview

Trackify X offers multiple plans such as Free, Monthly, and Annual, so you can choose what best fits your business needs.

Your Trackify X plan is based on your Shopify subscription.

All subscription changes are managed from the Subscription section inside the Trackify X dashboard.


How Trackify X Plans Work

  • Trackify X plans are automatically linked to your Shopify plan

  • You can choose Free, Monthly, or Annual billing

  • Plan changes can be made only from the Subscription section


Pricing Based on Shopify Plan

Your available Trackify X plan depends on your Shopify subscription:

Basic Shopify

  • Trackify Basic: $8.99 / month

Shopify (Grow)

  • Trackify Grow: $18.99 / month

Advanced Shopify

  • Trackify Advanced: $28.99 / month

Shopify Plus

  • Trackify Plus: $38.99 / month

🔒 Example:
If you are on Basic Shopify, you cannot upgrade to Trackify Grow or Trackify Advanced unless you first upgrade your Shopify plan.


Monthly vs Annual Billing

  • Both monthly and annual plans are available

  • Annual plans offer discounted pricing compared to monthly billing


How to Change Your Plan

Step 1: Open Subscription Section

  1. Open your Trackify X dashboard

  2. Click Manage Subscription


Step 2: Check Available Plans

You will see:

  • Your current plan

  • All plans available for your Shopify tier

  • Pricing for monthly and annual options

  • A Select button under each available plan


Step 3: Select a Plan

  • Choose the plan and billing option (monthly or annual)

  • Click Select


Step 4: Confirm Subscription

  • Approve the plan change

  • Approve the subscription charges

✅ Your plan is updated immediately after approval.


Important Notes

  • To access higher Trackify X plans, you must first upgrade your Shopify plan

  • After upgrading your Shopify plan, you will need to reinstall the Trackify X app

  • Don’t worry — all your settings and data will be saved

  • Subscription billing follows Shopify’s billing rules
