These steps are using the Welcome screen in TrackifyX to quickly and easily configure the Master Pixel setup. Once you're done with this, you can add more pixels in the Pixel Engine screen.

STEP 1:

1. Click on a Snapchat pixel from the left panel under Pixel Engine

Note: Only pixels that have been assigned to the selected ad account will be visible here.

2. Add the organization you have in the Snapchat account, select the ad account, select the appropriate pixel from the list of pixels and the last step is to choose the type of pixel( Master, Niche, collection pixel) depending upon the requirement.

Note :

Master pixels will collect all data for all products. You will be able to reconstruct any audience based on any master pixel.

Niche tag pixels contain partials of that data. You can select product tags and it will only fire the products that have selected tags.

The collection pixel will collect the same data as the master, but only if any products that are in the assigned collection(s) are part of the tracked action.

3. Click on the Save option once your pixel is set up.

4. If you have already created a pixel and now you want to use the SS API. Please visit the pixel engine page then by clicking the green pencil icon in the Trackify pixel engine you can enable the SS API if you are not using any other checkout than Shopify.

STEP 2:

Insert Additional Script to Shopify Checkout and Remove FB Pixel from Shopify Settings

First, click the "Copy" button, then click on the "Checkout Settings" button to open the store checkout settings in a new tab.

In the new tab, go to the order status page and paste the script. Click save

Go back to Trackify and click "I have done this"

Step 3:

Set up a simple Facebook Catalog

Note: It is now also a mandatory step. Also, you can either use the existing catalog or create a new catalog from Trackify.

Select an organization from the drop-down

Select pixel from the drop-down.

Click Save & Build Catalog.
